The Motor Comprehensive Test System is engineered for complete performance evaluation of AC motors, DC motors, and variable-frequency motors. It covers motor capacities from 0 to 10,000 kW and voltage levels up to 10 kV, making it suitable for comprehensive testing during motor manufacturing, routine inspection, commissioning, and repair.
The system integrates an industrial computer, dedicated test power source, high-precision measurement and acquisition units, and intelligent test software into one coordinated testing platform. Multiple electrical and performance parameters can be collected simultaneously through synchronized multi-channel measurement, providing accurate test results and efficient operation.
Designed to perform actual load testing on motors rated up to 400 kW, with an integrated 60 Hz test power supply for different operating conditions.
During full-load testing of a 400 kW motor, the system can limit power consumption from the utility grid to ≤180 kW, significantly reducing energy requirements during testing.
The variable-frequency and variable-voltage starting method helps minimize starting current and reduces disturbances to the plant power network, providing safer operation for the factory electrical system.
Each motor can be tested separately without affecting other test units. The system provides automatic frequency, voltage, and load regulation to maintain stable test conditions throughout the process.
Measurement acquisition, parameter calculation, data processing, and test result evaluation can be completed automatically by the computer, improving testing efficiency and consistency.
In addition to automatic testing, operators can manually adjust individual units and control amplification levels when required, making the system suitable for both automated performance testing and on-site commissioning/debugging.
