SXDJ Motor Comprehensive Test System

The SXDJ Motor Comprehensive Test System is intended for comprehensive inspection of motors in manufacturing and repair applications. It is suitable for AC motors, DC motors and variable-frequency motors. The system covers motor capacities from 0 to 10,000 kW and voltage levels from 0 to 10 kV, making it applicable to both factory testing and post-repair verification.

Factory and Post-Repair Testing

During motor production, the system can be used for a range of electrical and inspection procedures, including cold resistance measurement, no-load loss and no-load current measurement, voltage measurement and inter-turn withstand voltage testing. Power-frequency withstand voltage and insulation resistance tests are also included.

For additional motor condition and performance evaluation, the system provides vibration measurement, temperature measurement, temperature-rise testing and load testing. Three-phase or single-phase voltage and average voltage can also be measured.

Test System Architecture

The SXDJ platform uses an industrial computer as part of the integrated test configuration. The system incorporates test power supply and test control equipment together with sensors and signal conditioning modules. Data acquisition hardware and software collect measurement information, while numerical calculation and processing software handles the acquired data.

Graphical display and operation software supports system operation and result presentation. Test report generation, waveform storage and measurement result storage and printing functions are included for test documentation.
