SXDJ Motor Comprehensive Test System

Designed for comprehensive motor inspection, the SXDJ system brings together power supply, control, measurement and software functions in a centralized test platform. It is intended for AC motors, DC motors and variable-frequency motors with capacities ranging from 0 to 10,000 kW and voltage levels from 0 to 10 kV. The system can be applied to both factory production testing and testing following motor repair.

Test Items

Electrical tests include cold resistance measurement, insulation resistance measurement, three-phase or single-phase voltage measurement and average voltage measurement. The system also provides no-load loss and no-load current measurement for high- and low-voltage motors.

For insulation and withstand testing, the system supports inter-turn withstand voltage testing and power-frequency withstand voltage testing for high- and low-voltage motors. Other available test items include temperature measurement, vibration measurement, temperature-rise testing and load testing.

System Components

The testing platform is composed of an industrial computer, test power supply system and test control system. Sensors and signal conditioning modules are provided for signal measurement and conditioning. The system further incorporates data acquisition hardware and software together with numerical calculation and processing software.

Graphical display and operation software provides the operating interface for testing. The system also includes software functions for test report generation as well as waveform and measurement result storage and printing.

Data Processing

Test signals are acquired through the data acquisition hardware and processed by the system software. Numerical processing and graphical display functions allow measurement information to be handled within the integrated platform. Waveforms and measurement results can be stored and printed, while generated test reports can be used as testing records.
