Product Description

The SXDJ Motor Comprehensive Test System is an integrated testing platform developed for comprehensive testing of AC motors, DC motors and variable-frequency motors. It is applicable to motors with capacities from 0 to 10,000 kW and voltage levels from 0 to 10 kV. The system can be used for factory testing as well as testing after motor repair, covering electrical, insulation, temperature, vibration and load-related test requirements.

System Configuration

The complete system integrates an industrial computer, test power supply system and test control system. It also includes sensors and signal conditioning modules, data acquisition hardware and software, numerical calculation and processing software, graphical display and operation software, and software for test report generation. Waveform and measurement result storage and printing functions are also integrated into the system.

Main Test Functions

The system supports inter-turn withstand voltage testing for high- and low-voltage motors, power-frequency withstand voltage testing, cold resistance measurement and insulation resistance measurement. It can also measure no-load loss, no-load current, three-phase or single-phase voltage and average voltage. Temperature, vibration, temperature-rise and load tests can also be carried out according to the configured testing requirements.
