The Complete Series Resonance Test System is designed for customers who require a coordinated package of high-voltage generation, resonance control, voltage measurement, and test accessories.
A complete system may include a variable-frequency power supply, excitation transformer, high-voltage resonant reactor, capacitive voltage divider, digital control unit, connection cables, and specified protection accessories.
The system uses the series resonance principle to generate the required AC test voltage for compatible capacitive test objects. Equipment ratings and component combinations are selected according to the test voltage, capacitance, operating frequency, test duration, and application.
An integrated solution helps customers define the required technical interfaces and clarify the supply scope before procurement.
Provides the excitation supply and adjusts the operating frequency within the specified range.
Provides the required excitation voltage for the resonant circuit according to the system design.
Forms the inductive part of the resonant circuit and is configured according to the required voltage, current, inductance, and capacity.
Measures the high-voltage output and provides a measurement signal to compatible instrumentation.
Provides the configured controls for resonance searching, voltage regulation, monitoring, and test timing.
The agreed package can include the required connection accessories, grounding arrangements, protection interfaces, and other specified items.
AC withstand voltage testing
Variable-frequency resonance adjustment
High-voltage measurement and monitoring
Test duration control
Digital test data recording where supported
Configured protection and alarm functions
Support for specified cable, transformer, GIS, and other compatible test applications
Coordinated component selection: The power supply, excitation transformer, reactor, and measurement system are specified as parts of one intended test configuration.
Clear supply scope: Customers can identify included components, accessories, software, and documentation.
Simplified procurement: One defined technical proposal can reduce the need to coordinate multiple equipment suppliers.
Project-specific configuration: The system can be reviewed for laboratory, factory, or field-testing requirements.
Q1: What is included in a complete series resonance system?
The typical configuration includes the variable-frequency power supply, excitation transformer, high-voltage reactor, and voltage divider. Control equipment and accessories depend on the selected scope.
Q2: Are all accessories included in the standard quotation?
Not necessarily. The quotation should clearly identify included cables, connectors, grounding equipment, software, and other accessories.
Q3: Can you supply spare parts?
Spare parts and replacement components can be discussed according to the equipment configuration and manufacturer's support arrangements.
Q4: Can the system be customized for an existing laboratory?
Yes, subject to review of the existing equipment, interfaces, voltage ratings, and measurement requirements.
Q5: Can the system be supplied with technical documentation?
The agreed scope can include technical specifications, operating documentation, relevant drawings, and other project documents.
Q6: Can you provide commissioning and operator training?
These services can be discussed and included where available in the agreed supply scope.
Tell us whether you need a complete system or selected components. Include the required voltage, capacity, test objects, control functions, and destination country so we can prepare a suitable quotation.
