||
The SXJF partial discharge free series resonance test device adopts the frequency & voltage regulation mode to conduct AC withstand voltage tests and partial discharge (PD) tests. Frequency adjustment can be realized online without power cut.
Equipped with a partial discharge free power frequency test transformer, this equipment is mainly used to verify the power frequency withstand voltage insulation performance of various insulating materials, insulation structures and electrical products. Meanwhile, it serves as a dedicated partial-discharge-free power frequency test power supply for transformers, instrument transformers, lightning arresters and other high-voltage test objects.
Widely applied in electrical manufacturing enterprises, power operation departments, scientific research institutions and universities for high voltage insulation inspection, factory type tests, handover tests and preventive tests.
The complete set boasts strong matching performance with full-range voltage & capacity specifications and comprehensive built-in functions. It meets test requirements from low-voltage samples up to 750kV & 1200kV high-voltage equipment with flexible model selection.
Low impedance voltage with total system impedance ≤5%. The pure waveform meets strict requirements of AC pollution tests and partial discharge tests, delivering low background PD value and accurate test data.
Equipped with high-speed electronic protection modules against overvoltage, overcurrent, flashover and sample breakdown. It cuts off output immediately once faults occur to protect both test samples and the host device, ensuring long-term stable & safe operation.
Online parameter adjustment without power outage and wiring disassembly greatly shortens test working hours, suitable for field tests at substations, construction sites and factory routine inspection.
Pure standard sine wave output eliminates harmonic interference to PD data acquisition, ensuring authentic & effective partial discharge measurement results in line with domestic and international power grid test standards.
The whole system consists of a frequency conversion control cabinet, partial-discharge-free excitation transformer and high voltage resonant reactor. The control cabinet adopts sealed heat dissipation structure with good dust-proof and cooling performance. The partial-discharge-free main body is made with high-quality insulated casting process to strictly control partial discharge level. The solid structure supports long-term intensive test operation.
