The SXBZ-II Transformer Comprehensive Test System is designed for power transformer manufacturers and transformer testing facilities. It integrates multiple measurement units, power supply equipment, control cabinets, and compensation systems to perform transformer routine tests and specialized performance evaluations. The specified test items include voltage ratio and vector group measurement, winding DC resistance measurement, no-load loss and no-load current testing, load loss and short-circuit impedance measurement, induced voltage withstand testing, and temperature rise testing.
The complete system consists of the following main units:
Automatic Test Control: Supports three-phase four-wire power control, regulator power control, voltage adjustment, transformer tap selection, auxiliary cabinet switching, and test-function activation or deactivation.
Electrical Parameter Monitoring: Monitors the required voltage and current during individual test procedures.
Computerized Operation: Provides computer-based control and automatic storage of test results.
Comprehensive Transformer Testing: Supports ratio and vector group, winding DC resistance, no-load, load, induced voltage withstand, and temperature rise tests.
Automatic Data Processing: The no-load and load testing unit supports measurement correction, while load-loss results can be converted to specified reference temperatures.
Temperature Recording: The temperature inspection unit supports multichannel measurement, data storage, temperature curve display, and report printing through the configured software.
Q1: What tests can the system perform?
A: It supports voltage ratio and vector group testing, winding DC resistance testing, no-load testing, load and short-circuit impedance testing, induced voltage withstand testing, and temperature rise testing.
Q2: Can the system automatically save test results?
A: Yes. The computer-based control system supports automatic test-result storage, while individual measurement units provide their specified data storage and export functions.
Q3: What is the function of the frequency-multiplying generator set?
A: It provides a higher-frequency power source for transformer induced voltage withstand and partial discharge testing. The specified setup provides an output frequency of 100–150 Hz, with 150 Hz used for the described application.
Q4: Can the system configuration be customized?
A: The configuration should be confirmed according to transformer ratings, required test items, and project conditions. The final technical proposal should specify the selected measurement units and supporting equipment.
