Electric Motor Comprehensive Test System 0-10000KW, 0-10KV, AC/DC And Variable Frequency Motor Factory Test Bench

The motor comprehensive test system is applicable to AC motors, DC motors and variable frequency motors with a capacity range of 0-10000KW and voltage class of 0-10KV, for full set of tests after factory production and maintenance.

The complete equipment is equipped with an industrial computer, dedicated test power supply, high-precision sensor acquisition modules and intelligent test software. It supports multi-channel synchronous data acquisition with high measuring accuracy and high automation. Test reports can be automatically generated, saved and printed. It is widely used in motor manufacturers, motor repair factories, quality inspection institutes and other scenarios.

The test bench consists of: industrial computer, test power supply system, test control system, sensors & signal conditioning modules, data acquisition hardware & software, numerical calculation software, graphic display & operation software, test report generation software, waveform & measurement data storage and printing software. 1. Supports actual load test for 400kW motors and is equipped with a 60Hz test power supply function.
2. Under full-load test condition for 400kW motors, the energy absorbed from power grid ≤180kW for energy saving.
3. Variable frequency & variable voltage starting mode causes no impact to power grid and protects factory power supply network.
4. Supports independent test for single motor with automatic frequency stabilization, voltage stabilization and load stabilization functions.
5. Data acquisition, calculation and result analysis are fully automatically controlled by computer; manual operation is available for unit and large magnification control to satisfy both automatic test and manual debugging demands.
